Building National Talent for the Future of Manufacturing

Sindan’s partnership with Mawaheb Talent Hub reflects a shared commitment to developing future-ready national talent equipped with advanced technical and entrepreneurial skills. Working alongside ADGM Academy and Khalifa Fund, the collaboration bridges education, applied training, and real-world industrial technologies to prepare the next generation for careers in advanced manufacturing.

A key outcome of this partnership is the 3D Printing Entrepreneurship Programme in Al Ain, where participants combine accredited learning with hands-on experience in 3D printing, digital design, and production workflows, complemented by expert-led entrepreneurship training. By June 2026, the programme celebrated the graduation of its first cohort, supporting more than 100 national job seekers with practical skills for employment and business creation.

By combining advanced manufacturing expertise with structured learning pathways, the initiative strengthens the UAE’s advanced manufacturing talent pipeline while supporting the nation’s vision for a knowledge-based economy driven by innovation, local capability, and sustainable industrial growth.
